Parker Fjeldberg, CET, A+

 Parker Fjeldberg has been self-employed in the IT industry for 15 years, and has nearly 30 years of small business partnership experience. His skills include network design, database programming and providing desktop support for companies ranging from 1 to 250 workstations. Complimenting these skills is a comprehensive knowledge of Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7 desktop operating systems, and Windows Server 2003/2008.

In addition to his expertise in databases and email servers, Parker brings a wealth of knowledge in electrical systems, VoIP phone systems and network cabling. He holds an Electrical Engineering Technologist diploma as well as a Computer Network Specialist diploma from CDI College in Edmonton. As President of SNS Technologists, Parker oversees the financial stewardship and direction of the company. 

Parker and his wife, Barb, have one daughter and two dogs. Parker's interests include cycling, running and camping with his family.  He is an active volunteer in the community and is president of the Belgravia Community League.

Arden Playford, MCSE, A+

Arden Playford brings many years of training in the accounting profession as well as his certifications in the IT industry to his role of Business Manager in Second Nature Solutions.

Arden’s experience as a senior trainer for Microsoft, Novell and CompTIA products provides him with a broad range of skills in the area of IT design, implementation, repair and troubleshooting.

Arden has a background in management of agri-business, Security and HVAC service management. His 20 years of business experience have seen him involved in cost management and accounting, including analyzing and designing business processes. His role of business manager for Second Nature Solutions often has him practicing both of his chosen disciplines of accounting and IT Consulting.

Arden is involved in the community through many volunteer activities and participation in various recreational sports including baseball, volleyball and golf.

Tom Lademann, B.Ed, MCT, MCSE

As the Education Services Manager for SNS Technologists, Tom Lademann provides a premium level of Windows Server 2008 and Microsoft Office 2007 and 2010 integration training, design, and implementation services. He augments his training and consulting services with over 15 years of networking experience.

Tom’s technical background includes extensive knowledge of Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 on the desktop, as well as significant experience with network operating systems and all Microsoft Business Productivity Applications. In addition to his Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) designation, Tom is an MCSE and MCSE + Internet professional. He also holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Lethbridge.

Tom and his wife, Heather have two daughters and a dog. Tom’s downtime activities include running the girls to their various activities, camping, skiing, and in the summertime, riding his motorcycle.
 

Jonathan Mack, MCSE, CCNA

Jonathan is our Director of Technology and is responsible for providing guidance with all emerging technologies and equipment. Jonathan has extensive experience in managing Windows Server 2003/2008, Microsoft Exchange/SQL/Sharepoint server systems, as well as Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7 desktop operating systems. Jonathan is also highly skilled in the area of connectivity and security hardware and software.

Jonathan has a real soft spot for mobility and portability and is always carrying around the latest in mobile communications equipment.

He and his wife, Linda have two young sons. Their favourite activities are golfing and rock climbing. He is active in his faith community and sets time aside every summer to provide leadership to their youth camps.

Jeremy Hayward, MCSA, A+

Jeremy Hayward is our Service Operations Manager. Jeremy came to SNS after spending ten years in technical operations in the Television broadcast industry, with CBC, Global and A-channel. Jeremy’s work ethic and commitment to providing the best possible service to his clients has earned him a position of respect in many of our client’s workplaces. Jeremy is experienced in Microsoft Server 2003/2008, Microsoft Exchange/SQL/Sharepoint Servers, and Windows XP/Vista/7 Desktop operating systems.

Jeremy is also very experienced with VMWare and Microsoft HyperV  Virtualization technologies, Cisco routers and WAN connectivity.

Along with managing our staff schedules and communication, Jeremy currently manages the majority of our project work.

Jeremy and his wife Patti enjoy travelling, visiting with friends, and reading.

Eric Frey, MCP, CNA, APS, A+

Eric came to SNS Technologists from a multinational corporate client. There he spent a number of years in as their in house IT Support, under the guidance of Parker Fjeldberg and Second Nature Solutions Ltd. Eric gained a solid foundation of technical skills in the area of desktop and server management. Eric has acquired extensive experience with Windows Server 2003/2008, Windows Terminal Server/Client technologies and Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7 desktop operating systems. Eric also works with VMWare virtualization technology.

Eric has established himself in the IT industry with 12+ years of experience and his role as a partner with SNS Technologists involves mentoring staff and managing many of the disaster recovery services which we provide.

Eric and his wife, Genevieve, have one daughter and several pets including 2 dogs, 1 cat, 2 guinea pigs and a snake.

Eric’s interests are golfing, camping, travelling, reading, watching sports and spending time with family and friends.

Jaycen Kuehn, MCSE, CVT

Jaycen came to SNS Technologists from the Edmonton Catholic School Division, where he spent a number of years in a senior technical position. Jaycen’s role at the ECSD gave him a solid foundation of technical skills.

Jaycen has an extensive knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008, Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7 desktop operating systems. Jaycen has acquired extensive experience with VMWare virtualization technology and has become certified with that technology.

Jaycen and his wife, Jodi, have one daughter. Jaycen enjoys rock climbing, camping with his family, inline skating, playing volleyball and being a Dad.
