dedication of it's staff. Second
Nature Solutions is no different.
When Second Nature Solutions was
founded, we maintained that our
employees would be hired on the
basis that one day they could
eventually be a partner in the
organization. It is our feeling that
employees who have a personal stake
in their employment tend to take
more care and make a stronger effort
to make the company successful.
Our technical staff have acquired a
very broad range of skills and are
well prepared to manage in any of
our client's environments. However
each staff member's core skills are
what we use to assign them to a
client. We ensure we have matched
the requirements of the site, to the
skills available. Having said that,
one of the strongest attributes of
our company is the fact that we have
such a broad range of skills that
when someone has a problem arise
which they haven't personally dealt
with before. there is a good chance
someone else has, and we can access
those resources immediately,
allowing us to respond to nearly any
problem with speed and confidence.
One of the criteria for being hired
by Second Nature is to be already
possessing the skills in our common
skills
inventory.
Beyond that, each staff member holds
some level of industry recognized
certification, or has studied in
some IT based education programme.
